Domenick Siano – Founder & Project Manager

Domenick Siano has extensive experience and training in the construction industry, with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Construction Management and 20+ years as a business owner in the field. His work in construction started early on. Working alongside his father in the building industry, it was here that he developed his love for architecture and design. He learned a hands-on approach in the trade as a skilled carpenter. Through the years he focused on the managerial aspect of construction and worked for large commercial construction firms in Connecticut. He also worked as a project manager for Crittall North America focused on high-end residential to large-scale commercial builds.

Dom’s organization skills, communication, project management expertise, and hands-on construction experience are all put to use at Luxury Fenestration Solutions for smooth project coordination from the design phase to completion. He also hires and manages our subcontractors through every phase of construction.
